Acceptance

By using BassoHub, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

News and explainers, free tools (such as calculators and generators), public data dashboards and, optionally, a reader account and newsletter. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give advance notice when a change affects account holders.

Informational content

Content and tools are educational and informational. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or accounting advice. Before making important decisions, consult a professional.

Tools and data

Tool results depend on the information you provide and on public sources, such as Brazil's Central Bank, which may be delayed, revised or unavailable. We work to keep everything accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free.

Some tools run entirely in your browser, such as the QR code generator. You are responsible for how you use what you generate — for example, for testing a QR code before printing it.

Your account

When you create an account, you agree to provide truthful information, keep your password secure and let us know if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, spam, fraud or violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• try to access restricted areas, accounts or other people's data;
• overload, attack or interfere with the site;
• scrape content in bulk in a way that harms the service;
• use the tools for fraud, scams or illegal content — such as QR codes that lead to fake pages;
• impersonate another person or organization.

Intellectual property

The site's text, brand, visual identity and code belong to BassoHub or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the source. Public data from official sources follows those sources' terms, and stock photos follow their original licenses.

Ads and external links

The site shows ads, always labeled "Advertisement". Advertised content and third-party sites are the responsibility of their respective advertisers and owners. An external link does not mean we endorse the destination site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BassoHub is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the information or tools, nor for temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed to you by law, including Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.

Changes and governing law
